Management Team
Marques Cormier serves as the president of the Altus Foundation as well as the Director of Financial Services for ZT Corporate. Over his 10+ years of being in the financial services industry, Mr. Cormier has acquired and held a number of FINRA Securities licenses along with other financial planning designations and continues his education yearly to keep pace with the ever-changing economic environment. In his spare time, he is the founder of a nonprofit organization with a mission to improve financial literacy among underprivileged Houston-area residents.

As director of marketing for Altus Foundation, Thuylan brings with her a passion for the community and a heart for philanthropy. She is responsible for editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of all organization publications. ThuyLan oversees the elaborate brainstorming, planning, and execution of the Altus Foundation Gala every year, of which over a million dollars have been raised throughout the years. Her hands-on approach to leadership and organization makes her an outstanding member of the Altus team.

Mohsin Malik serves as the vice president of the Altus Foundation and volunteers as a project leader for the Association of Physicians of Pakistani Descent of North America (APPNA). During his time here, Mr. Malik has recruited many physicians to the Altus Network. He holds an honorary Bachelor of Science in information systems engineering from the University of Westminster in London.

Uyen’s effective management as well as outstanding marketing efforts make her a vital member of the Altus team. Her paramount contributions include the overall planning and logistics for Altus Foundation’s annual gala in Houston, which raised more than $1M in 2018. Ms.Tran holds a Bachelor of Arts in corporate communications with a minor in international business from the University of Houston, and a Master of Science in human resources management from Houston Baptist University.
